MINDFUL DESIGN COFFEE BREWER
The porcelain set emerged from a chance, virtual encounter between two entrepreneurs from St.Pölten and was brought to market maturity after a year of development. Created by designer Petra Wieser – developed with the expertise of World Coffee Roasting Champion 2022 Felix Teiretzbacher (Kaffeelix).
It is an object that harbours two passions for two different substances: porcelain and coffee.
Both material and design are perfectly matched to the brewing process. A timeless and functional object that fits into any interior design concept and is suitable not only for baristas but also for filter coffee beginners.
The coffee brewer consists of two elements – the dripper and the server.
Optimized for Kalita Wave paper filters, the dripper produces a perfectly balanced and clean flavour profile. A large opening on the bottom of the drippper ensures resistance-free flow without the brewing temperature dropping.
The waisted jug without handle (with a capacity of 250-300 ml of coffee) invites you to wait for the perfect drinking temperature and to give the coffee aroma time to fully develop. The narrow waist and rough surface allow for comfortable and ergonomic pouring.
The coffee brewers are made in Austria and are available in 4 different colours. Special colour palettes and limited editions can be produced on request.
